Santiago Financial, Inc. has arranged manufactured and mobile home financing since 1975, first in California and, more recently, in Arizona. The office is in Tustin, California, and the team handles loan processing, insurance services, and comparable sales reports for buyers, homeowners, dealers, and real estate agents across both states.
Who we hire
Most roles are in-person at the Tustin office and start on the processing side: fielding calls, checking credit applications for completeness, keeping several customer files organized at once, and helping applicants who are less comfortable with scanning and email. Because many of our customers prefer to work in Spanish, fluency in English and Spanish is a strong advantage for most positions.
We look for people who are careful with details, patient with customers who are financing the largest purchase of their lives, and interested in learning how manufactured-home lending actually works — titling, community approval, escrow, and insurance included.
